What do I get when I purchase a product?
Every product is a digital download — no physical item is shipped. Right after purchase, you'll land on a download page with your files (PDF guides and spreadsheet trackers), plus a confirmation email with the same links for safekeeping.
Do I get lifetime access and future updates?
Yes. Every product includes lifetime access — if a tool gets updated or expanded later, you'll have access to the new version at no extra cost.
What software do I need to use the trackers?
The spreadsheet trackers work in Excel or Google Sheets. The guides and worksheets are provided as PDFs, viewable and printable from any device.
Can I get a refund?
Because these are instant-access digital products, all sales are final. If a file is corrupted or won't open, reach out and we'll get it fixed right away.
I didn't get my download link — what do I do?
Check your spam/promotions folder first. If it's still missing, email support with your order number and we'll resend your files directly.
