Last updated: October 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Wealth Nexus Media (“Wealth Nexus Media,” “WNM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with our website at wealthnexusmedia.com, our digital products, our newsletter, and our content publishing on third-party platforms, including our use of the Pinterest API. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the practices described here.

01Who we are

Wealth Nexus Media is an independent personal-finance education brand that publishes video content and sells digital budgeting and debt-payoff tools. We publish content on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@wealthnexusmedia.com.

02Information we collect

Information you provide directly

Information collected automatically

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we never ask for your bank login credentials, account numbers, or other financial account details. Our products are downloadable templates; any figures you enter into them stay in the files on your own device.

03How we use information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

04Use of the Pinterest API

Wealth Nexus Media plans to use the Pinterest API through Nexus OS, our internal Windows publishing tool, solely for our own Pinterest business account, subject to Pinterest approval. The planned use is to create and publish Pins and to read performance data for our own Pins and boards. These Pins promote our videos, articles, and products on wealthnexusmedia.com. We do not use the Pinterest API to collect personal information about other Pinterest users.

Our planned use of the Pinterest API is limited to the following:

DataPurpose
Our account’s boardsSelecting the board a Pin is published to.
Pins we createPublishing images, titles, descriptions, and destination links for our own content.
Performance metrics for our own PinsReviewing how our own Pins perform, such as impressions, saves, and link clicks, in line with Pinterest’s developer terms.
OAuth access tokenAuthorizing our application to act on our own account. Treated as a credential and kept confidential.

What we do not do. We do not collect, store, or analyze the profiles, boards, or personal information of other Pinterest users. We do not use Pinterest data to identify or track individuals, to make eligibility or credit decisions, or for surveillance. We do not sell Pinterest data, share it with data brokers, or use it to train machine-learning models. Any Pinterest data we obtain is used only to operate and improve our own Pinterest presence.

Storage and security. Access tokens and credentials are stored in a restricted location on our own systems, are never published or placed in client-side code, and are used only over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. We request only the permissions needed for the purposes above.

Data retention and deletion. We retrieve Pinterest account, board, Pin, and performance information only as needed to operate our publishing integration. We do not retain Pinterest API-derived information beyond what Pinterest’s applicable developer terms permit. Access credentials are securely maintained while authorization remains active and are deleted or invalidated when access is revoked or the integration is disconnected. Content published to Pinterest remains subject to Pinterest’s platform controls and deletion procedures.

Compliance. Our use of the Pinterest API will follow the Pinterest Developer Guidelines, the Pinterest Terms of Service, and the Pinterest Privacy Policy. If you interact with our Pins on Pinterest, Pinterest’s own privacy policy governs the information Pinterest collects about you.

05Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers to operate our business. Each handles information under its own privacy policy:

We share information with these providers only as needed to perform their services, and not for their own marketing purposes.

06Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, mainly through Google Analytics, to measure traffic and understand how the site is used. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

07Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including to provide support, maintain order records, and meet tax and legal requirements. Newsletter subscribers remain on our list until they unsubscribe.

08Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, such as California or the European Economic Area, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. Contact us and we will honor valid requests.

09Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections and restricted access to credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10Children’s privacy

Our website and products are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
